We hear a lot about being authentic, our true selves, but what does that mean? I think of my heart as both strong and vulnerable, something that is big enough to share with others but also often in danger of being hurt. So I have a protective fence around my heart, but the type of fencing used changes.

Do you have a tall steel fence around your heart? A big hedge? A split-rail fence? (That's the type I couldn't remember the name of in the episode! Haha!) How do you know if your fence is too big, cutting you off from real relationships with others? What can you do about it?

That's the conversation I have with you today. I hope it gives you food for thought - when we're all physically apart from each other, and in general as you choose how vulnerable you want to be with your readers.
