Do you not see the Yellow River come from the sky，
君不见，黄河之水天上来，
Rushing into the sea and ne’er come back?
奔流到海不复回
Do you not see the mirrors bright in chambers high
君不见，高堂明镜悲白发
Grieve o’er your snow-white hair though once it was silk-black?
朝如青丝暮成雪
When hopes are won，oh! Drink your fill in high delight，
人生得意须尽欢
And never leave your wine-cup empty in moonlight!
莫使金樽空对月
Heaven has made us talents，we’re not made in vain.
天生我材必有用
A thousand gold coins spent，more will turn up again.
千金散尽还复来
Kill a cow，cook a sheep and let us merry be，
烹羊宰牛且为乐
And drink three hundred cupfuls of wine in high glee!
会须一饮三百杯
Dear friends of mine，Cheer up，cheer up!
岑夫子，丹丘生
I invite you to wine. Do not put down your cup!
将进酒，杯莫停
I will sing you a song，please hear，
与君歌一曲
O hear! Lend me a willing ear!
请君为我倾耳听
What difference will rare and costly dishes make?
钟鼓馔玉不足贵
I only want to get drunk and never to wake.
但愿长醉不复醒
How many great men were forgotten through the ages?
古来圣贤皆寂寞
But great drinkers are more famous than sober sages.
惟有饮者留其名
The Prince of Poets feast’d in his palace at will，
陈王昔时宴平乐
Drank wine at ten thousand a cask and laughed his fill.
斗酒十千恣欢谑
A host should not complain of money he is short，
主人何为言少钱
To drink with you I will sell things of any sort.
径须沽取对君酌
My fur coat worth a thousand coins of gold
五花马，千金裘，
And my flower-dappled horse may be sold
呼儿将出换美酒
To buy good wine that we may drown the woes age-old.
