We are joined in Episode 20 of The Hawkin Podcast by Guy Hornsby.
Guy Hornsby is currently the Assistant Professor of Coaching and Performance Science and is also the Head Coach of West Virginia Weightlifting for WVU. He graduated from East Tennessee State University (ETSU) with his Ph.D. in Sports Physiology & Performance. Additional responsibilities include Coaching Science Coordinator at the WVU Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute, Human Performance Innovation Center, and West Virginia State Director of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. With a Ph.D. in Sports Physiology and Performance, Dr. Hornsby’s research is centered around optimizing the training process for strength power-based athletes.
