Martin van Staden is the Head of Policy at the Free Market Foundation, Editor of RaceLaw.co.za, Editor in Chief of the Rational Standard, and a columnist at the Daily Friend. He additionally serves on the Board of Advisors of BridgeAfrica, and as the South African Policy Fellow at the international Consumer Choice Center. Martin has an LL.M. (Master of Laws) degree, with distinction, from the University of Pretoria, and is pursuing an LL.D. (Doctor of Laws) at the same institution.
