Anger: Being With vs. Shutting Down | Ep83
Manage episode 431139285 series 3417742
We all have learned responses to anger — our own anger, and other people’s. We also have patterns for how we manage anger when we’re regulated, and when we’re not. Growing our capacities to be with feelings of anger (and what’s underneath them) is a key for compassionate parenting and conscious relationships.
In today's episode we talk about the differences between being with anger, and wanting to stop an anger response, and how you can bring more compassion to all of it.
