Hey there surfers and beach lovers! Are you ready to ride those waves? Let's dive into the surf zone forecast for today and tomorrow in some rad locations along the West Coast.
Starting with Malibu Coast and LA County Beaches, we're looking at a low rip current risk, with surf heights ranging from 1 to 3 feet. No thunderstorms on the horizon, just mixed west and south swells. So grab your boards and enjoy the water temps between 66 to 70 degrees.
Moving down to Ventura County Beaches, there's a moderate rip current risk with surf heights of 2 to 4 feet and a west swell to keep things interesting. Water temps here ranging from 63 to 70 degrees, so get ready to make some waves!
Heading over to Santa Barbara County, the southwestern and southeastern coasts are seeing low rip current risks. Surf heights at 1 to 3 feet with a chill water temp of 65 to 66 degrees. Plus, a groovy west swell is rolling in!
Lastly, over at San Luis Obispo County Beaches and Santa Barbara Central Coast Beaches, we've got surf heights ranging from 2 to 4 feet today, bumping up to 3 to 5 feet on Thursday. Water temps here are cooler at 54 to 56 degrees but nothing a wetsuit can't handle. Expect those sweet west swells to keep things lively!
Remember to check the tide times before you hit the waves. And as always, stay safe out there!
