Dr. Williams has also served as Senior Vice President and Chief of Information Technology, Data, Business Intelligence and Distance Learning for the North Carolina Community College System, the 3rd largest community college system in the world (58 institutions and 850,000 students). She led the implementation of the largest computer information system in higher education in the world. She also serves on the Faculty of North Carolina State University. She is also the author of The Ministry Within and she has earned numerous commendations.
