Love Worth Finding's purpose is to bring people to Christ and mature them in the faith. This happens primarily through efforts in publishing and broadcasting biblical truth.Love Worth Finding began in 1987, as a response to several requests for tapes of messages by pastor and Bible teacher Adrian Rogers. Smart Travel: Upgrade Your Getaways

Get fresh NerdWallet data on what your points and miles are really worth in 2025 — and why the answer might change how you book travel. Should you take a $650 flight voucher or 32,500 miles? How much are your points and miles actually worth? Hosts Sally French and Meghan Coyle break down the latest NerdWallet valuations to help you make smarter redemption choices. But first, they cover the week’s biggest travel headlines, including Southwest Airlines’ new partnership with EVA Air, Frontier’s companion certificate promotion and status match, and JetBlue opening up award bookings with Condor Airlines. Then, travel Nerd Craig Joseph joins Meghan to discuss NerdWallet’s latest airline, hotel, and credit card point valuations, with tips and tricks on comparing loyalty programs, maximizing transfer partners, and deciding when cash is more valuable than points. They also discuss the impact of devaluations, how close-in bookings can save you points, and why premium cabins can sometimes offer outsized redemption value. Plus: Craig’s hot take on airport lounges. Card benefits, terms and fees can change. ×"""History is written by the victors!"" This saying implies that historical records often reflect the perspective of the powerful and can be incomplete or biased, ignoring the stories of the powerless. Unfortunately this can apply to Bible teaching like for this weekend on the Widow's Offering found in Luke 21. In our current series New Hope New Joy, we are seeing with new eyes Jesus' teachings in the Book of Luke that is consistent with his message of good news to the poor, the imprisoned, the sick and the oppressed. Have you ever dropped something small but valuable, like a diamond earring, on the floor? You search everywhere, on your hands and knees, even using a flashlight, desperately combing through the carpet with your fingers. It's trying to "find the needle in the haystack." Suddenly when you do find the lost earring, your heart leaps for joy. What was lost is now found. That's how God feels when someone turns back and returns to Him. Because we all matter to God. Come and see in the story of the Lost Son in Luke 15 God's amazing unconditional, even Reckless Love for His children. That's New Hope, New Joy!…

Jesus' message both confounds and delights. This was true for his original audience and it is true today. Jesus proclaims that he brings good news to the poor, sets the oppressed free and proclaims the Lord's favor (Luke 4:18-19). Jesus' original hearers were most surprised at the breadth and depth of God's inclusive invitation. God's good news invites us to see ourselves and others as deeply treasured and fully loved. Luke urges us to "put ourselves in the story" asking when do I embrace this good news? Where do I resist it? How do I experience new joy and hope in Jesus and who in my life might receive this good news as well. We invite you to join us to see in Jesus, God's compassionate rescue and powerful grace. This is New Hope, New Joy…

God is a missional God! From the very beginning God was activley involved in reaching, redeeming, and restoring His creation. Why? Because His very nature is to send, to seek, and to save the lost. And in our 2nd part of our Misison Series, "I Will" we want to look at why Jesus goes over to the other side to the country of Gerasenes. Why would He leave His comfort and through the storm to go over to the other side? Mission is: God’s cry for His children to come home. God’s cry for reconciliation with a broken world.. God’s cry echoing through His people to reach the nations… God’s heart breaking for the lost, spoken through our obedience….…

"There is an old saying, “It only takes a few minutes to become a father, but it takes a lifetime to become a dad.” In this message, we take time to honor and encourage our dads, grandfathers, father figures, and spiritual fathers. Scripture reminds us that godly fatherhood is not about perfection, but about faithfulness. Today, we’ll look at Deuteronomy 6, where God speaks through Moses to guide His people—and in particular, to guide families. We’ll explore three core principles from this passage that can help shape us as we learn how to live out God’s commands with love, integrity, and intentionality."…

Jesus invites us to gather around the table—not only to share a meal, but to share in each other’s joy and sorrow. He calls us to hold one another’s wounds with tender care, just as the Spirit holds and comforts us all. But how does this actually work? What does the author of James mean when its written, “Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, so that you may be healed” (James 5:16). In a culture that prizes individualism and competition, Jesus offers another way, a life where transparency and vulnerability are not weaknesses, but rather they are strong healing medicines by which we are made both free and whole by God’s Spirit. Come, let us become a joyful community as we practice confessing the truth about ourselves and the truth about God’s astounding, healing, unending love for us.…

We have the awesome oppportunity to share church membership and baptism into God's whole church along with our sermon this monring. Sharing a meal doesn’t always solve our problems—but it often brings us joy. The Lord’s Supper was more than just a meal - it was a joyful celebration of Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection. Yet if we’re being honest, many of our conversations remain on the surface level. We rarely reach the deeper places of the heart. This week, as we reflect and practice Community together, we’re reminded that God created us to share life—not just the joys, but the struggles and sorrows as well. It’s in being truly known that we experience the comfort and joy of real connection. Let’s move beyond the superficial. Let’s go deeper, together.…

Fasting and prayer—these are like the two wings of a bird. together they take flight. We can pray without fasting, and we can fast without praying—but when we combine the two, there’s a beautiful synergy. It’s as if our prayers are carried with greater strength and clarity before the throne of God. And prayer, of course, is more than just words—it’s the sacred space where we speak to God and listen for His voice. It’s how we commune with Him, heart to heart. And fasting, when joined with prayer, becomes a powerful expression of our humility and dependence on Him. As we look at Daniel’s prayer we’ll see how his fasting was not just a physical act—it was a spiritual force. As it aligned with heaven’s purposes and gave him influence in the unseen realm as fasting amplified his prayer!…
