Qu'a donc cette région de si particulier? Elle a donné son nom à la période du "jurassique", les paysages magnifiques y sont pour quelque chose aussi, c'est sûr, comme à La Frasnée ou sur la voie PLM. Mais aussi les personnes que nous y rencontrons : Marie et Anne du centre équestre Jura Sud, Laurence et Lilou à la crêperie Crêpes et Gourmandises à Pont-de-Poitte. Un soufflé n'est pas forcément au fromage ! Un soufflé peut être sucré et il peut même être au chocolat. Nous nous retrouvons cette fois dans la cuisine de Pauline pour la réalisation d'un soufflé au chocolat selon la recette du célèbre chef Cyril Lignac. Voici un épisode qui sent bon la cuisine ! Pauline et moi nous sommes retrouvées dans ma cuisine pour réaliser un soufflé au fromage. Vous allez entendre les différentes étapes de la recette, et vous aurez même le bruit du batteur ! Il y aura aussi Lisa qui dira "hum, ça sent déjà très bon". Le suspens sera total jusqu'au bout : le soufflé sera-t-il réussi? Aura-t-il bien gonflé? Car cette recette est une première pour nous deux. Comment est-ce d'aller au cinéma à Paris? Dans cet épisode, je vous raconte deux expériences que j'ai vécues à vingt-quatre heures d'intervalle dans deux cinémas parisiens totalement différents. La première dans un quartier de Paris très animé avec mon amie Anne-Laure où nous avons croisé presque des personnages de film. La seconde, en famille avec des amis dans le quartier d'affaires de Paris : La Défense. Dans les collections du château de Chantilly, au nord de Paris, se trouve le livre manuscrit le plus célèbre au monde, la Joconde des manuscrits : Les très riches heures du Duc de Berry. Le Duc de Berry était un prince très puissant en France au début du XVe siècle, c’était aussi un grand collectionneur de pierres précieuses et de livres, particulièrement de livres d’heures, ces livres qui indiquent les prières, heure par heure, jour par jour, tout au long de l’année. Avoir un tel livre, décoré spécialement pour soi est un signe de prestige. Le Duc de Berry en commande un aux peintres néerlandais, les trois frères de Limbourg en 1411. C’est ce livre dont on a séparé les pages pour les restaurer que nous sommes allés voir samedi soir dernier, en famille, à l’occasion d’une nocturne. Tout a commencé à la fin de l’été : un soir, je croise Alistair du kung-fu sur le quai du train à La Défense. On prend le train ensemble et il me parle de l’exposition qu’il a vue avec son père au château de Chantilly. Dans cet épisode, je vous raconte notre découverte de l'histoire de ce manuscrit et comment nous avons eu envie d'aller voir l'exposition exceptionnelle qui lui est consacrée au château de Chantilly.
