This week, we're doing something a little different. Instead of a conversation, we're sharing something we've been working on for the past year — our new short documentary, 30,000 Monkeys in Our Backyard. It tells the unbelievable true story of how a small town in Georgia became ground zero for a proposed facility that would have housed 30,000 monkeys for laboratory testing — and how a group of everyday people stood up, fought back, and changed the course of their town's future. The film is a story about courage, community, and what happens when people refuse to stay silent. 30,000 Monkeys in Our Backyard premieres November 1st on YouTube — and you can watch it, share it, and take action at speciesunite.com/30000monkeys…

×Pastor Paul is joined by Steve Gordon to discuss various ways people pray and how we can pray in the Spirit. They also clear up some misnomers about speaking in tongues versus praying in the Spirit.
Pastors Paul and Parkey sit down this week to discuss the topic of healing, primarily miraculous healing power from God, and why some people receive this healing while others seem to suffer unto death, even though they may be some of the most faithful servants in God's kingdom. How can this be fair, and why does it even happen?…
This week, Pastor Paul is joined by our Women's, Youth, and Children's Director, Stephanie Williams, to discuss the much avoided topic within many churches: pornography and its destructive nature. The best way to tackle these problems is to make sure they are brought to light and handled with grace, for both men and women alike.…
Pastor Parkey joins Pastor Paul in an in depth look at racial tension that is being manufactured by radical activists using Project 1619 as a weapon. They discuss what the original Project 1619 is all about and how it has been highjacked for ulterior purposes. You might think these are two white guys talking about race issues. Think again. Pastor Paul is not fully caucasian. He is proud to be a part of the African American heritage. Both Parkey and Paul encourage you to research these issues on your own and become informed and to get involved.…
Now, we know what you're thinking. "God, pro-choice?! I thought He was about protecting life." Well let us clarify; God is pro-choice, pro you getting to choose anything you want, any walk of life, to have complete free will. But these choices are not without consequences; Adam and Eve chose to eat of the fruit and faced pain and death. Pastors Paul and Parkey discuss the latest Supreme Court leaks about the possible overturning of the controversial Roe v Wade and all it means for Christians.…

Pastor Paul is joined by special guest and former activist Timothy Boyd in an honest dialogue about the origins and merits of Critical Race Theory and how it has evolved from a collegiate academic study into a controversial race dividing movement.
Pastor Paul is joined by special guest George Stutzman who is a recovering same sex attracted person or “homosexual” as he describes it. George provides a very powerful testimony and encouragement for those who may be struggling with LGBTQ+ identity. Pastor Paul and George discuss how the church should respond to the LGBTQ+ community with love and compassion citing that all need the redemptive power of Christ’s sacrificial love.…
Pastor Paul is joined by Dr. John Savell, PhD Clinical Psychologist and Director of the Behavioral Science department at SAGU. Dr. Savell discusses the historical and political background of homosexuality, lesbianism, and transgenderism once listed by the DSM as a mental illness. Dr. Savell also provides a warning about the final phase of the LGBTQ+ global agenda for the indoctrination of pedophilia into the mainstream. Pastor Paul discusses how Christians should react to the gay community and anyone who is struggling with same sex attraction.…
This week for the final episode of season 2 of Fringes of the Faith, Pastors Paul and Parkey discuss the rarely approached topic of animals going to or being present in heaven and afterwards in the millennium rule. Share this episode with your friends, and let us know if you have any questions or suggestions for topics you’d like to see in Season 3 next year in 2022!…
This week, we respond to some valid comments from a previous podcast. This person made some very interesting statements making claims that Jesus was a false prophet. They cited several instances where, if you didn’t know the Bible, Jesus made statements that allegedly did not come to pass. So, today, we’ll take a look at each one of these citations and break them down because it’s very important to hear the voices of opposition to the gospel, and it’s even more important to be able to defend the gospel through intelligent critical thinking.…
In the last episode “The Coming Apocalypse” we dug deep into Matthew Chapter 24 verses 1-14. This week Pastor Paul, with special guest Stephano Librelon, will explore Matthew 24 verses 15-36 and discuss the abomination of desolation of the temple, what Jesus meant when He described His returning, and what generation we are looking at for these things to take place.…
This week, we make an in depth examination of Matthew 24 and the signs of the return of Jesus.
Have you ever noticed the common medical icon of a snake around a pole and wondered, where is that from and how does it even remotely represent healing? One word: Nehushtan. This week, Pastors Paul and Parkey discuss the interesting time of Israel’s history where they were plagued by venomous snakes at their camp in the wilderness and the bronze idol-like snake on a pole that healed them from the lethal bite of one of these snakes.…

During this week's podcast, we are joined again by our Worship Director, Stephano Librelon, to hear his input about the heavenly worship leader we read about in the bible named "Lucifer". Fringes of the Faith
We've looked at the Passover Seder and Jesus' time in the Garden of Gethsemane, and now the scourging He experienced because of judgment of the Jewish people. Now He is taken back where the Roman guards further taunt and torture Him, dressing him in rags and adorning him with a massive thicket of thorns on His head (as a crown), mocking Him as He's brought back out to the Jewish people by asking "here is your king, what should I do with him?" The people reject Him and cry out for crucifixion. Let's look at the pain Jesus would be experiencing and how truly strong He was to push off saving or healing Himself but allowing it to continue so He could be the ultimate sacrifice when He was finally crucified. If you like this video version of the podcast, check out our audio version on Spotify (https://spoti.fi/3fknCxw). Coming soon to Apple Podcasts and Google Podcasts.…

Fringes of the Faith
We've looked at the Passover Seder and Jesus' time in the Garden of Gethsemane before the actual crucifixion to see Jesus' behavior and the mental anguish we know He was going through. Now the mob has come in and taken Him to the High Priest. Here Jesus is, having been betrayed by His friend Judas, now betrayed by the very people who heralded Him in days before as He entered Jerusalem and also by His own priests. He is judged and the people choose crucifixion as His fate, though He has not committed a crime worthy of such a punishment (or any crime at all).…

Fringes of the Faith
We are kicking off our podcast by spending the week taking a detailed look at the entire process of the crucifixion of Christ. We begin with the Passover Seder in the upper room and continue through that night into the Garden of Gethsemane before the actual crucifixion to see Jesus' behavior and the mental anguish we know he was going through. Jesus was going through incredible human experience and emotion during this time, which we can better comprehend through modern medical understanding.…
Have you noticed the growing trend of people wearing crystals around their necks, wrists, and ankles? They say these special crystals possess healing properties and are good for relieving anxiety. And what about yoga? Is yoga bad for Christians? We will explore these topics and how New Age pagan elements are beginning to resurface in the church with special guest Stephanie Williams, the Children’s Ministry Director at Capstone Church.…
Michel de Nostredame, popularly Latinised as Nostradamus, was a French astrologer and physician who eventually left his medical focus to the occult practices of visions and prophecies. He wrote hundreds of poems known as quatrains that he put in his book Les Prophéties, allegedly predicting future events. So, what happens when someone with no prophetic gift tries to fool the world into thinking he knows what is to come? Pastors Paul and Parkey discuss the famed Nostradamus.…
Have you ever wondered why some believers are adamantly against Halloween? Or why some believers celebrate Halloween without ever giving it another thought? Today on Fringes of the Faith we will discuss the origins of Halloween and how we as believers should respond to what some say is a holiday and others a day for demons.…
Is there any evidence to support that Nephilim were genetic mutations resulting from cross breeding humans with angels? We think so and we think we may have found the most plausible explanation to date of how they re-emerged after Noah’s flood and how remnants of the Nephilim exist today.
Why would Angels give up their angelic positions and places in the heavenly realm to have sex with human women? What was the purpose? Did they simply give into lust or was there a calculated sinister agenda behind it all? This week we will discuss the possible goals and objectives of the Fallen Angels known in the book of Enoch as The Watchers. We will investigate their motives and attempt to solve this ancient mystery found in the Genesis 6 legend.…

This week, in the final podcast of what we’ll call season 1, Pastors Paul and Parkey discuss the original Hell’s Angel. Not the biker gang, but actually Jesus, the Christian Messiah and Savior, who went to hell during the time His physical body was dead and in the grave. This wasn’t because He was deserving of judgment, but rather to save some present there.…
Part 2 of the discussion on “wokeness” between Pastor Paul, Worship Director Stephano Librelon, and Media Director Austin Bond. This week, Pastor Paul is joined by Worship Director Stephano Librelon and Media Director Austin Bond to discuss the cultural shift into political correctness to what is now called wokeness. What exactly does it mean to be “woke,” and why is it a dangerous mentality and poor approach to handling the problems facing us? This is part 1 of a 2 part discussion.…
“Everyone can get to heaven!” “There are many ways to salvation!” “You go to heaven just if you’re a good person!” We’ve seen a massive surge in recents years of progressive christianity, and with it, the many roads to “paradise.” While the Bible is clear in the words of Jesus himself that He is the only way to the Father, there is still an argument that there are other ways. Pastors Paul and Parkey put these to rest and explain what the Bible says.…
This week, Pastors Paul and Parkey discuss the constant conflict surrounding Israel. Who are they, why do they exist, are they occupying stolen land, and why are they so important to us? Just as it is becoming increasingly prevalent to be anti-racist, so you should also be ANTI-anti-semitic.
“Whoever drinks my blood will live forever.” - Ancient Scripture Today’s focus is on the importance of blood sacrifice, and how the very first blood sacrifice and the last blood sacrifice were both provided by God, because no matter what humankind does, it will always be imperfect. Humans are unable to cover their own transgressions because we are flawed. Only God can cover and forgive sin and only by the shedding of blood. And we in the faith consider this the Blood Covenant. Today, Pastors Parkey and Paul discuss the lessons that Capstone learned on how we as a church, and all churches, should handle the next "pandemic," whatever and whenever that may be. It has been a very polarizing and confusing year and a half under the coronavirus, and we took away 4 major lessons from what we experienced so we know how to better approach issues in the future. We hope you can learn from these lessons as well and apply them to yourselves personally. Today, we are experiencing a crisis in the church, especially in the United States. We as a church collective have slowly slipped out of credibility and integrity, adapting to culture and pursuing popularity. It seems that selecting a church today is a lot like shopping for a car; it’s being approached with a list of desired features and criteria that “need” to be met, much more than praying and following God’s guidance for where He wants us planted. Now of course, we need to be aware of our surrounding culture to be able to meet people where they are and get their attention, but we’ve turned it into a beauty pageant of church versus church, convenience to the “consumer,” with no personal accountability to the members of the church out of fear of offending and losing people instead of righteously calling out correction when someone misses the mark.
