Hailing from a conservative family in Basti, Uttar Pradesh, Brijesh Shandilya had to face many odds, to realise his dream of becoming a singer. From learning classical music at the Prayag Samiti, at a much later stage in his life, due to circumstances, to struggling for many years, as a scratch artist, to being the lead voice in superhit Bollywood movies like Golmaal Returns, Tanu Weds Manu Returns, Shubh Mangal Savdhaan, Badhaai Ho, Kesari etc.

He talks about various experiences and people who have helped him, in his journey as an artist, some interesting trivia behind the making of his songs and his 'musical' connection with Ayushmann Khurana movies!

This episode is for all those, who are not just 'struggling', but facing the criticism or lack of support from one's family, with regards to their passion or dreams.
