Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, a new DC Universe film, is based on Tom King's comic book series. The movie, directed by Craig Gillespie and starring Milly Alcock as Supergirl and Jason Momoa as Lobo, will explore a darker, more intense version of the character than previously seen. The film's plot will follow Supergirl as she aids a young alien seeking revenge and will contrast her upbringing with Superman's.
