She is the co-founder of the Mosten Guthrie Academy with mediation legend, Forrest " Woody" Mosten. Susan's goal is to find and forge new pathways and take out the coercive nature of litigation. The idea of bypassing the court system and finding an amicable resolution is that a mediated agreement is much more durable for families.
