Sherry hosts her twin sister, Sharon J. Burton, Creativity Coach of Spark Your Creative. Sharon J. Burton is an artist, art curator, and creative life advisor and Founder of Spark Your Creative based in the Washington, DC area. She is a visual artist whose preferred medium is collage and mixed media and has exhibited her art in galleries, art venues and other settings across the country since 2007.

This episode focuses on how being creative is part of our nature and is essential to us as humans. The creation process helps to calm your state of mind and is a considered self care. In addition, finding a suitable space for creative expression and memories in the home are discussed.
