my past history. I was a fat guy having 40% body fat.😭😦 within 1 yrs of trying & failing i was manage to loss 32 kg of body fat 11% body fat. I m a Certified K11 Nutritionist. My goal is to help people who are going through body shamming & help to reach they fitness goal. 💪💪 i will most probaly talk about developing a healthy mindset & high fat high protein low carbs lifestyle.
