Triggering the parasympathetic system, protecting our ways of rest and improving how we are able to rejuvenate ourselves by having a nightly routine. We also talk about what our dream lives would look like. How sharing your dreams with others can spark motivation. How setting intentions and being mindful with how we live our lives everyday can lead us to feeling less anxious.
