Hi, this is trainer Arnaud van der Veere from The Hague, Netherlands. Today we do Dutch Kick Boxing and Dutch Muay Thai with the 2-minute and 20-round special edition. Each round is followed by 30 seconds of rest. During the training, we combine the eight weapons of this sport organically. You follow the instructions as given with your twist and inside your abilities and skills. If you need more technical skill background, watch my Youtube movies, come for instructions or follow your local gym lessons. We start with a warming up now. Turn off the recording if you need a longer warming up. Here we start with a 2-round and 30-second warm-up.

Round 1 – Left/Right jab follow up with a right low kick, step over, Right/Left jab, and a left low kick
Round 2 – Left/Right hook follow up with right knee, step over, Right/Left hook, and a left knee. Be aware it is a same-side action.
Round 3 – Right elbow / left knee, step over, left elbow / right knee
Round 4 – Left / Right jab followed by Left / Right low kick
Round 5 – Left jab / right hook / left low kick, step over, Right jab / left hook / right low kick
Round 6 – Close combat. Left uppercut / right hook / left knee, step over, Right uppercut / left hook / right knee
Round 7 – Close combat. Inside turning knee in a clinch situation. Get close to the bag, hold it, and use your inside knee to hit the kidneys, spleen, and liver.
Round 8 – Close combat. Left / Right elbow/back turning elbow, move over, Right elbow / Left elbow / back turning and left elbow
Round 9 – Speed round. Left jab / Right jab / left middle kick
Round 10 – Speed round. Left low kick / right jab / left knee
Round 11 – Speed round. Left low kick / left middle kick / Left & Right jab
Round 12 – Power round. Left low kick / Right jab / Left hook
Round 13 – Power round. Left knee / right elbow / left hook
Round 14 – Power round. Front kick left / right low kick
Round 15 – Continue round. Left hook / right hook / left body punch / right knee
Round 16 – Continue round. Left hook / right elbow / left knee
Round 17 – Continue round. Left body jab / Right head jab / Left low kick
Round 18 – Left front kick / turn kick right to liver followed by punches
Round 19 – Left jab / Right turn punch
Round 20 – Free round with all combinations possible
