Currently in Portland, OR, Brittany recently launched her twelve week at home barre experience, Barre with Britany for the Sweat app. Michelle and Britany discuss how the benefits of barre and movement serve everyone, not just dancers. Britany shares the skills she has learned and the teaching versatility that she has gained from teaching for a franchise, and then how she set out on her own.
