Zoe, Simon, and Brian got together to talk about the upcoming Leadville Trail 100. We shared stories about our training, what we expect from the course, and our overall race strategies. It was a great chance to catch up and get excited about the big race. Zoe also talked about her book, Sustainable Runner, which she co-wrote with Tina Meir. It's a really interesting look at how trail running can be a force for positive change. She's passionate about building a stronger running community and protecting the trails we all love. It was inspiring to hear her thoughts on how we can all make a difference.
