Confronting Abusive Leaders Are abusive leadership tactics and "the fear of man" pressing you down into submissive silence?

Are abusive leadership tactics and "the fear of man" pressing you down into submissive silence? Have you ever been outright rejected when lovingly confronting an abusive leader or abusive church (and secular workplace) leadership? Has your pastor, or have your church leaders, tried and successfully accomplished manipulation tactics on you? Does your church engage in subtle forms of mind control, coercion, fear tactics, excessive submission teaching, etc? Do you feel abused and silenced, or have you been commanded to keep silent?

If you don't remain silent and adhere to the commanded "silence" treatment, is the ungodly "diaprax" method played on your heart and mind? Where does one turn when these things are occurring?
