In today's episode, we will recap the City Council meeting from December 6, 2022. As always, these recaps are intended to serve as brief overviews, and we encourage you to watch the full meeting video at the link below. This week's meeting was a packed house with many passionate community members!
- Three Council Members were sworn in, two newcomers with Tenessa Audette and Jack Munns, and Michael Dacquisto continues his service on the Redding City Council.
- Michael Dacquisto will become Mayor, Mark Mezzano Vice Mayor, and Tenessa Audette Mayor Pro Tempore.
- South City Park was discussed at length by both public comment speakers and the Council. After 3 hours of public comments and a robust discussion by the Council, the SCP plan was approved 3-2.
