Today, I got a chance to speak with my senior and a good friend from my bachelor’s college DR. D.Y.Patil. It was so amazing to talk about sports and fitness with none other than a fitness and balance Guru. He is well known for training players in Pro-kabaddi and players in the Indian Cricket team. A simple philosophy to learn new skill sets and gain the knowledge to be a better therapist in the field of Sports and Medicine. Taking the message of educating yourself and learning new techniques so we do not have to reply on others when help is needed.
