In this episode, Dr. Kashey talks about a scientific study by researchers at Stanford University that analyzed the representation of food and drinks in popular movies. The study found that the on-screen diets portrayed in these movies vastly differed from the USDA nutrition guidelines, featuring low-fiber, high-sodium, and an abundance of unhealthy treats, such as candies, chips, desserts, and alcoholic beverages.
