Do you ever fear the loss of height as you age?

If so, you’re not alone. Losing inches can make you feel…well, helpless.

But, I often hear women say that they are told that shrinking is a NORMAL and UNCONTROLLABLE part of getting older in age…

And I don’t think that’s the case. So, what is?
