Christopher Batty is a leading animation cinematographer, recently acclaimed for his work on "Transformers One." He has contributed to films like "A Wrinkle in Time," "Jurassic World," and "Aquaman," and began his career in previsualization on "Iron Man" and "Spider-Man 3."
Originally from Macon, Georgia, Christopher's passion for filmmaking was sparked by "Star Wars." He holds degrees in Architecture from The Georgia Institute of Technology and Arizona State University. Transitioning from architecture, he worked in New York and later joined Pixel Liberation Front in Los Angeles, applying his skills to visual effects and previsualization.
His move to Paramount Animation led to roles on "Rumble" and "The Tiger’s Apprentice," showcasing his ability to adapt and innovate, even during the pandemic. Christopher's diverse background and dedication to cinematic storytelling have made him a prominent figure in animation cinematography.
