We reviewed the lawsuit, and we put all the defects in their complaint pleadings and their documentation into our counter affidavit. Then, all the work from the counter affidavit "plonks" into the Answer and Affirmative Defenses and you are on your way. Counter Affidavit follows you all the way home to the end of the case.
