While there is no perfect model for a company that allows its employees to work from anywhere, there are some specific traits that make them more likely to be digital nomad-friendly.

  1. The size of the company: While not an absolute rule, there is a specific range that puts organizations right in the sweet spot that lends itself well to digital nomad work.
  2. Age of the company: There is definitely a correlation between the age of a company and the likelihood that they will have a work-from-anywhere policy.
