Jeronda Hill, the Chief Club Experience & DEI Officer for the Boys & Girls Club of Martin County, has a deep passion for engaging youth in DEI concepts and fostering civic responsibility. Jeronda has dedicated over 18 years to serving in the nonprofit sector. Recognizing hate as a learned behavior, she approaches youth with compassion, aiming to promote inclusion and acceptance. Through her leadership, Jeronda has successfully implemented various programs that instill values of diversity acceptance, love, kindness, and courageous conversations among both youth and staff. Beyond her impactful work, she also finds joy in music and hones her skills as a DJ, often entertaining children at parties hosted by the Boys & Girls Club.
