Kim Stepanuk is a practicing attorney, who brings a wealth of experience to Allied Title & Escrow. Kim graduated from Virginia Tech, where she studied Urban and Regional Planning and Political Science, before moving on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore. Kim began her legal career clerking for a Baltimore City Circuit Court judge handling the civil jury trial and felony jury trial dockets. Following her clerkship, Kim worked as a litigator for almost a decade handling contract disputes, family law matters, and the administration of small businesses. She went on to be the managing attorney for another local title company in several offices throughout the Maryland, DC, and Virginia area before joining the Allied Title & Escrow team.

Kim lives with her daughter, Reagan, and husband, Jonathan, in Maryland. Kim is a Virginia Tech fan by choice and a Philadelphia Phillies fan by marriage.
