Alan Cox is an accredited Life Coach and certified CBT Practitioner working with gay men.
This episode is the final one that came about from a type of revelation. Alan had already written about Coming Out and how life coaching can assist in it and had published two episodes on that subject.
But then he had a realisation. What happens next? What might be the implications for a gay man after he has come out? Will it be a positive or negative experience?
So he started researching this area and discovered that there is too much information to present in just one episode hence Post Coming Out (Part One).
