There may be some massive layoffs for companies coming. What will you do if it happens to you?
Late December 2023, Newsweek reported that over the 900 companies they surveyed 4 out of 10 of those companies were considering layoffs due to the anticipation of recessions and others stated they were reducing the workforce in favor of AI or artificial intelligent technology.
In a time like this, many employees are worried about their performance. Will last year’s performance review be the nail in your coffin or the nail that solidifies your job position?
