Welcome to today’s episode I’m your host Justin Hanover, Success coach with fitness revolution. Before we dive in and bring on today’s guest I wanted to share a little about what you can expect to hear and who we have joining us today.
Today I have the pleasure of speaking Dani Almeyda
Dani Almeyda is passionately driven to make the world a better place through introducing people to movement and hope. She believes everyone was made to move and that movement is the ultimate prescription to health and happiness.
Dani and her business partner, Tim Anderson, have run a gym in Fuquay-Varina, NC for the past 10 years and have seen continued growth and opportunities. Dani and Tim are also owners of Original Strength, a continuing education company that works with healthcare and fitness providers, as well as a book publishing company. Together Dani and Tim both travel around teaching workshops and speaking at events. She is a proud mother of 2, the wife of a firefighter, and heavily involved in her community.
Within our conversation we hit on everything from marketing, retention, major challenges and expanding into the online world. So I just wanted to highlight one of the major takeaways that she brought up and it was around the strong referral culture they created within her facility.
