Lauryn Davey ( Instagram @laurynlouisedavey) is a Welsh Heptathlon Champion, Commonwealth Games qualifier, medical student, social media influencer, vegan and so much more.
In this episode she shares her journey to becoming a heptathlete and how she got to the level she is at despite several hurdles including financial, and logistical challenges.
Lauryn talks about her struggles with chronic pain following the Covid vaccine, and how this is and has impacted her athletic career.
And we branch out into a wider discussion where Lauryn shares her views around finance, social media, and the current state of the sport.
