Jesus re-introduces Himself to His disciples after His resurrection but they could not recognize Him because they were caught up in their own maze of fear. He took His time and revealed every little detail about Him so He could get them out of this maze. We'll, we know Jesus never fails. So He did not show up in their midst through closed doors but also opens the door of their heart melting their hardened hearts with the joy of His presence. He goes on to open their minds so they could understand. All these reveal to us the nature of Jesus, the resurrected Lord. His desire is for us to see Him as He is, and to experience the fullness of what He died and rose again to give us. He is patient with our shortcomings and more than ready to restore our brokennes and make us whole; so He speaks peace into every troubled heart. What a wonderful Savior we have.
