In this talk we examine the third catalytic gift Jesus gives to his church: the Evangelist.

Evangelism is announcing the what, why and how of the good news about Jesus.

When we think of an Evangelist, we might think of the biblical character of Philip the Evangelist (Acts 21:8), or a modern example like Billy Graham. These are truly exceptional examples, but the gift of evangelist can function powerfully in and among the local churches.
