Join us as we explore what it means to have & be in a relationship with food, not as a critic, but as an influencer. Kareem Pinkston has decided to utilize his superpowered tantituclar tastebuds to devour Oceanside, bite by bite; while sharing his journey with the world. Specifically dining in southern Oceanside to bring more awareness to the small/family owned food businesses in the area; especially with the pandemic of diners. How does a young child from the Virgin Islands, who grew up eating off the land, find his passion in devouring the edible bits of culture in the Jambalaya that is Murica`.

The many characteristics of food, taste, and a singular moment in time to encapsulate an individual's culinary skills. It’s not about the best, so much as what you’re looking for, and the many different places which food created from love can take you. There are positive elements to every meal, especially if we focus on the pleasantness instead of the off singularity.
The best ways to enjoy food whether you are doing so professionally, or simply because folk gotta eat. The best ways to be inclusive and adventurous in your diet, while still getting delicious food. Off-menu, On-menu, dietary restriction, allergies… the correct way to go about ordering delicious num-num, in a world where Willy Wonka makes our food.
REAL CONVERSATION WARNING: 1st World problems regarding what food, and what the real issues are surrounding stop food access issues. “I’m starving”, are you really though? Privilege, access, and availability of real, healthy, nourishing food.
