In today's episode we'll explore the question of whether this type of exploration, an exploration into a deeper understanding of self, is necessary in life. Why would you choose to spend the hours we will on a deeper understanding of who and what you are?
We'll also revisit the discussion we have had regarding dreaming, and I'll introduce the subject of Lucid Dreaming as the next step to take once you are familiar with recalling your dreams and some of the things you can do with the dream state.
Lucid dreaming is defined as becoming aware that you are dreaming while you are dreaming. To become aware that you are in a different environment and that it has very different "rules" than the ones you are used to.
