Getting Deals Done with Patrick A. Howell

William “Bill” O. Passo shared the principals that won him a role as a captain of industry with the Tenant In Common, 1031 Exchange and Delaware Statutory Trusts programs. He helped form all the real estate investment vehicles in the 1990s and later became a multi millionaire at the helm of a multi-billion dollar company he built, Passco Companies, with his business creativity and moxie.

He attests to the tenets of Napoleon Hill’s “Think and Grow Rich” as they have created for him an uncommonly decent and rich life.
