Today we are going to deep-dive into the most common cause of lower back pain in people in their 50's. I will explain what happens in your spine when this type of injury occurs and what movements and activities you should try to avoid.
I will also focus on the subject of keeping up with your fitness routine while you're recovering from back pain. I will discuss a few strategies how you can continue to stay fit but adjusting your exercise routine by avoiding certain positions and exercises.
The truth is that in most cases of back pain you're still able to do some type of training. The trick is to find the exercises that are safe. This episode will help to bring some clarity on the subject.
