We all know by now what foods to be focussing on for our health and hormones (you should do if you've been in my community for long enough!).
Obviously we're all unique so there will be differences for each of us in terms of what works best for our bodies. But when I was researching for my new book 'Life After Menopause', the science is pretty clear on certain foods that are particularly helpful for healthy ageing and longevity.
