In this episode Amanda talks about the winter blues, the myth of Blue Monday and different ways that you can attempt to keep them at bay.

This episode does contain some discussion on the symptoms of SAD syndrome and depression. If you think you have symptoms of SAD syndrome, depression and/ or are struggling to cope you should see your GP as soon as possible as there are lots of things they can suggest to help you get through this time.
