The podcast has had a rebrand! From January 2025 it is now the Happy Thriving Mums podcast. This episode was recorded in it's original format of the Radiate Fitness Podcast! Enjoy!

In this episode Amanda talks about New Year’s resolutions. Yes, in November! She asks, are they worth it? Do we really adhere to them? Are there better things we can do to achieve goals and help improve our health and happiness? Spoiler alert- don’t wait until January, each day is a new start, make those changes now! Listen to find out how!

As with all fitness and exercise programmes, you need to use your common sense. If you have been told on health or medical grounds that you should not take part in physical activity and sport, have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns about whether or not you should exercise, you should seek advice from your GP first. If you are returning to exercise after having a baby you should have had your post natal check with your doctor and be ‘signed off’.
