ABOUT THIS EPISODE:
Studies have shown that the difference between doing NO exercise and a LITTLE exercise is HUGE. However, going from a LITTLE to a LOT, the health benefits aren't so great. We're talking as little as seven (7) minutes a day! And if you're feeling ambitious, what about doing that a couple of times spread out throughout the day. Now you are getting the idea of exercise snacking which we talk about more, in this podcast.
