This weeks guest is Dave Cook from a small town in England called Bakewell. Dave is larger than life and loves taking on adventure races that involves running or bike riding. He also loves his cheese which you will find out throughout our chat. Dave is a person who will be happy enough to take on any challenge that is thrown at him, especially if it is for charity.

Dave has found himself in places like Australia, Wales, Ireland and South Africa taking on some big adventure challenges. Throughout the chat we will share some of these experiences.

We talked about:

• Completing 10 marathons in 10 days with little amount of training
• Cycling around Europe for 5 months and living on the side of the road during this time.
• Running through Wales and clocking up over 10000km during this time.
• Riding from New South Wales to Melbourne to Tasmania in Australia and loving the BBQ setting we have throughout Australia.
• Dave is looking to run over 560Km in Greece next year and explains the reason he is looking forward to this latest challenge.
• Dave also cycled from Singapore to Mumbai.
