Today's guest is Sarah Deuchrass an inspiring young lady that is always challenging herself in all aspects of life. Sarah is originally from the South island of New Zealand and now lives in what she calls paradise which is Manly, Sydney.
Sarah and I talk about work life balance and how finding triathlons helped her to create the balance she needed. Sarah works for a large construction company which come with a large workload and responsibility, she shares with me how having the triathlon training outside of work makes her work day more productive and enjoyable.
We also talked about finding clarity and purpose within herself through self reflection, self improvement and goal setting which has helped her overcome setbacks and fears, and found even more learnings during this interesting time of Covid-19.
It was good fun chatting to Sarah. What an inspiring lady, we could of chatted for hours.
