Dialogue1:

A: Mind if I join in?

B: Not at all.

坐吧，没关系。

A: I have never seen you here before.

我以前从没在这儿见过你。

B: This is my first time here. I'm on business.

我第一次来这里，我是来出差的。

Dialogue2:

A: Do you have any hobbies?

你有什么爱好吗？

B: Yes. I'm interested in playing cheese.

A: Me too. Maybe someday we can play together.

A: Hi, I'm Tom, a friend of Johns. Nice to meet you.

A: I find it difficult to make new friends.

A: Right. What kind of quality do you look for in a friend?

B: I like a person who is kind of outgoing or easygoing. Energetic people are attractive too.

我喜欢那种有点外向或者很随和的人，还有精力充沛的人，我也很喜欢。

A: They seem to be able to get along well with everyone. However, it's most important to make friends with the person who is true to you.

好像他们和每个人都能相处得很好。不过，和能与自己坦承相待的人交朋友才是最重要的。
