A: Hi, Isabel! You wanted to see me?

嗨，Isabel，你想要见我？

B: Yes, Anthony, come on in. Have a seat.

是的，进来请坐。

A: Is everything okay? You seem a bit preoccupied.

一切都好吗？你似乎有点担忧。

B: Well, Anthony, this is not going to be an easy conversation. The company has made some decisions which will have a direct impact on your employment.

注意：have a seat和sit down都有“坐下”的意思，但是have a seat语气更加委婉；而sit down语气比较硬，有种命令或指示的意味。
