This week on the High Wire Woman podcast, Rosanna Berardi is emphasizing taking charge of your health. Her guest, Dr. Melissa Wenrich, is a women's healthcare practitioner based in Nashville, Tennessee. Melissa is a certified chiropractic neurologist, and she has been a diplomat with the American Board of Chiropractic Neurology since 2016. In this week’s episode, Melissa shares insights on the health issues working women encounter, as well as tips on how to improve your health to live a fulfilled life.

She advocated looking at the complete picture of patients’ medical history and taking a layered approach to better understand the type of care they need.
  4. Gut health helps combat hormonal issues, so you need to have the proper nutrients to make the hormones in your body.
  5. Your hormones are your body signals.
  6. Regulating your blood sugar and improving your gut health is vital.
  7. When all your body systems are functioning in harmony, good health is the result, and you have a higher chance of achieving your goals.
