In this severely overdue interview with Mike Gribanov of The Stepien, we cover a variety of scouting related topics, ranging from assembling a big board, to how we watch and evaluate the game, to noting trends and exceptions to the trends. Mike was very insightful, pulling from his past few years as an analyst as an NBA draft expert to paint a picture of the scouting process. We also talk about Mike's career path, and how he eventually ended up in the basketball field.
