In this weeks episode we discuss and share our thoughts on how social media has changed the way wedding photography and videography is shared online.
We would be the first to advocate for the benefits of having used social media platforms to elevate and grow our business over the last five years, but as with all things tech, these platforms have evolved, and so too, has the way in which we use this as a marketing tool, and the way in which users’ appetite for sharing their own “creative” content.
- But has this ruined it for us as photographers and videographers?
- Is the desire to post it first, diluting the effort and skill we put into creating the highest quality images and footage?
- And what about the way we work? Do we need to change how we do what do just to stay relevant?
